The brief and objectives:

The design objective was to create a high-quality beautiful apartment block, with the respect for the surrounding buildings in the way that Espoon Trendi will benefit from the existing surrounding and take its place as the pearl of the neighborhood. We wanted the residents to have the opportunity to own private courtyard, combined with relaxed high-rise housing.

Dreams into reality -housing:

Espoon Trendi is ideal for urban farmer, a cyclists and an atmosphere catcher; nature and outdoor sports facilities are nearby. Espoon Trendi complements the existing, peaceful residential area, and the built environment is ready for living. The first floor is reserved for apartments with private yards.

High-quality materials combined with careful detailing ensure that this building will retain its style, value and charm for a long time. Design principles reach for open-plan spaces and light; some of the apartments have views to three directions.
