House Luukkanen was built in Metsokangas area of Oulu. It daringly combines materials and floor planning with the family’s way of life.

Spaces are in line with the needs of the inhabitants:

The bedrooms are small and private, and the living room covers the needs of relaxed communality. With utilizing the open-space design and the variety of room heights we have achieved diverse spaces, where each of them carries an own kind of an atmosphere.

The roughness and elegant simplicity creates clear frames for the open-minded inhabitants of the house.
