The brief and objectives:

Campus Hall was designed for Kokkola student campus area as a common gathering space and a venue. The complex can house a variety of sporting events and the organization of trade fairs.

Genuine multifunctional hall:

Hall provides facilities for various sports in the three different -sized halls. In addition, the building houses the student health office, cafeteria and classrooms. Campus Hall Entrance creates an amphitheatre like rising podium with wide stairs.

Through the eyes of the designer:

"Kokkola campus hall carries out a functional quality to the last detail. Functional quality represents the accessibility of the premises. Sports facilities are taken into account in the design of the entire buildings life cycle costs: in its construction, materials, usability, and operating costs."
